THE NAME DROPPER

Some of these might make you green with envy...
And some of them might make you wish you had been a fly on the wall!

Below you will find my Sixth Edition Thursday Thirteen list. It is in no particular order. All met the criteria in random ways and in random places...definitely not all in ways that you might expect. That's all I'm saying for now, but feel free to ask questions in the comments. :)

  2. Michael W. Smith
  3. Paul Overstreet
  4. Sheryl Swoopes

That's really cool that you've met all those people! I have to admit I had to use the links to find out who some of them are :) I recognized a lot on your list tho.

that's an eclectic mixed list - you either have an awesome job or are in the right places at the right times!

Stories ... I want stories!! If you're not willing to share all of them (I'm thinking this could make a nice series if you're ever low on blog fodder) at least share the one you consider most unusual. Please?

There truly was a time I would have killed to meet Billy Idol....I think I was 15 :)
Great list, I've met no one of importance.
I had fun visiting your TT.
Mine is at The Cafe.
Hope you'll drop by.

That is a great list. I have met Keith Urban - twice actually and as I am thinking about it, that may be it. Wow now I am a little jealous!

Wow! You have met all those people? That is so cool! I used to love to listen to Paul Overstreet. I almost forgot about him.

Thank you for your kind words about my grandma. She was special. I am sorry you lost your Nana fourteen years ago. I am sure it does not get any easier.

Whoa! It is so cool that you met all those people. My closest brush with someone famous was when I went to college with a girl who went to church with Brad Pitt's parents. Doesn't count for much, does it?! BG I'd like to hear your stories too. Bring 'em on.

You've met Rachael Ray! :)
Have I met 13 famous people? Wait, I'm famous, have they met me? LOL :)

I noticed that about half of these are from the world of sports. Are you or do you know someone who works in the sporting world? Also, which of these famous people impressed you the most and the least?
